6/13- Brennan meets the cousins

Uncle Brent, Aunt Michelle, Brandon and Kayla arrived on Tuesday night. Maw Maw, Paw Paw and BB came in late on Thursday. We finally met on Friday and went to play in the parks together.

The first time I met Mickey Mouse! He is mommy's favorite. Kayla was scared of them so she stood by paw paw.

We went swimming at All Star and then rested in the room. Kayla and Brandon both like to help feed me. Kayla kept saying "I love Baby Brennan"

5/30 - Magic Kingdom

On Fri 5/30 we met Daddy's friends Catherine and Paul for lunch at Cracker Barrel and then we headed to Magic Kingdom. We rode Pirates and then the Haunted Mansion. Then we went to Small World and then Mickey's Philharmagic. They stuck the 3D glasses on me for kicks!

Then we rode the TTA (aka the People Mover). Mommy and Daddy really love this ride!

While Daddy, Catherine, and Paul rode Splash Mountain Mommy tried to find my first Mickey Ear hat. Although they are labeled infant they don't fit, and I have a big head!

I will just have to wait a little bit!

5/21 - 5/27 Nana Vists

Nana came to visit! She arrived late on Wed evening and we hung out alone all day on Thurs. She gave me a bath on Thurs, Sat, and Mon; I have never been so clean!

On Fri 5/23 it was Mommy's 6th Anniversary with Disney. We celebrated by eating at Ohana at the Polynesian Resort. It was way yummy.

Nana bought me the cutest Hawaiian outfit for the occasion!

Sunday we drove to Lakeland to eat at Harry's a NOLA style restaurant. It was yummy too!

5/19 - Two Month Check Up

On Monday 5/19 Mommy took me to see Dr. Wurst for my 2 month check-up. He examined me head to toe and everything looks good. I am now...
11 lbs
23 inches long
with a 15 inch head

We waited for the nurses to come in and give me my shots. We got 4 shots, but I hardly cried.

5/12 - First day of School

Me Necked!

Mommy had to go back to work on Mon 5/12. She dropped me off at 8am. Ms. Maribel is my teacher and she is very nice. Mommy cried a lot, but I did not because there were so many things to look at!

When mommy got to work all her friends had put presents in her office, since she missed her own shower because I came 3 weeks early. It made her smile!

This is me in my crib at School. It has lots of cool toys to play with.

5/9 Paw Paw Ray and Ms. Debbi Visit

Paw Paw Ray and Ms. Debbi came to visit me this weekend. They arrived on Fri night and came to our house on Saturday morning. Paw Paw Ray and I matched with our baseball outfits!

Saturday night we all went to dinner at Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Mommy enjoyed it a lot!

On Sunday daddy went to work and then met us at Epcot. We listened to the British Invasion (Beatles cover band).

And then went to see the Davey Jones concert. Davey came right up to me and said "he is a fresh one isn't he!"

5/2/08-5/4/08 Mimi's Visit

Mimi (Mary Catherine) came to meet me this weekend. She arrived late on Friday night this was our first meeting. I was too sleepy to go the airport.

I went to Magic Kingdom for the first time on Saturday. This was my first visit through the turnstile! Mom was really excited.

The Hock family tradition is to ride Pirates of the Caribbean first. Yo Ho Yo Ho a Pirates Life for me!

Daddy and I rode the Haunted Mansion together. I wasn't scared because daddy held me close.

Mommy holds me while I drop a penny into Cinderall's Wishing Well. We like this place because this was where daddy asked mommy to marry him on Nov 10th, 2004.

Mimi fed me and then she tried to burp me. I was so tired that I fell asleep in her hand!

Then I got to sleep on her.

4/28/08

On Mondays mommy and I go to the breastfeeding luncheon at Celebration hospital. We like to go and visit with the other moms and babies. Each week I get weighed and this week I am 10lbs!

We also got my birth certificate and went to visit my school. I start on Monday 5/12 in the Cruisers class. http://ymcafamilycare.org/parents.html

4/24/08 - 4/27/08 Nana Visits

Nana arrived for her visit late on Thursday night. Mommy, daddy, and me picked her up from the airport.

On Friday, daddy went to work and Nana, mommy, and I met Aunt Sarah at Celebration Town Tavern for lunch. Nana fed me...

Then we all went for a walk around the lake. It was fun

Saturday Daddy was off from work and it was the NFL draft. I wore my Saints garb just for the occasion. Daddy and I matched! Nicky and Jay and his little girl Lily came over to watch the draft with daddy. Mommy, Nana, and I spent time in mommy's room talking with Jeannine and Wendy.

Sunday was the WDW Ticketing Family picnic at Fort Wilderness. We all went and ate yummy hamburgers and hotdogs. Nana fed me while mommy and daddy ate.

Then it was time to bring Nana back to the airport for her flight home. I was sad, but she will be back for memorial day weekend, so I will see her next month. It was a fun weekend.

4/11/08 - 4/14/08 Branigan's 2nd Visit

Aunt Sarah came to visit today. She is leaving Disney and moving back to Houston to take classes to become a Midwife. We are very sad :(

We took Brennan out on Fri night to Chilis to celebrate Sarah's Birthday (4/2) and Paige's MBA completion. Brennan was very good.

Maw Maw Debbie, Paw Paw Bob, Aunt BB, and Ben arrived late on Friday night.


On Saturday mommy was insistant to get out the house and visit Disney...My FIRST Disney trip! We had breakfast at Perkins and then back to the house for rest. We geared up to go to Epcot and got there around 6pm.


When we went into Epcot we all rode Spaceship Earth. I slept through the whole ride. Then we walked around. This is a pic of Team Hock in front of the Stitch topiary. The theme for the Flower and Garden Festival was Fun in the Sun.

We ate at Mexico and then all rode the Mexican Boat Ride, again I slept through most of it. When we got off it was just in time for IllumiNations. I didn't even cry with the load fireworks.

On Sunday we staid at home and watched the Masters which will put anyone to sleep. Then in the evening we drove to Celebration and had dinner at Market Street and walked around a little. It was fun.

Dad had to work on Monday and the Branigan's were leaving for their flight around 5pm. We had lunch at Seito in Celebration and then went to Fantasia Gardens to play mini Golf. It was really hard...

Ben won (but he plays real golf so he had an unfair advantage). Then BB and Paw Paw Bob. Mom came in last but it was still fun!

4/9/08 - out the house again

Me, Mommy and Daddy all went to mommy's doctor. i like car rides and will sleep and smile in the car seat. Mommy has been cleared to drive and encouraged to walk, so we dropped Dad off at work and went to the post office and then to WDW Ticketing to meet all Mommy's peers. It was nice to be out!

On Thurs night the whole family (bacchus doggy too) went for a walk to visit Jeannine down the street. She is feeling better and we will spend lots of time with her soon!

Then Dad and I watched our first CUBS game together while Mommy got a chance to shower. Go CUBS!

4/3/08 - Out of the House

Today is our 2 week check up with Dr. Wurst so we finally got to leave the house. Mom was so VERY excited since we haven't left home since March 17th. On the agenda for today - visit doctor, show off to folks at the Resort Call Center, shop at Target, Aunt Sarah and Ms. Pinky will come to visit at home tonight.

Doctors Notes

• I now weigh 7lb. 14oz. (4oz more than at birth and 12 oz more than when we left the hospital.
• I am 21 inches long (2.5 inches more than when we left the hospital)
• Everything is looking good!
• Next appointment is at 8 weeks old!

Dr. Wurst holds me. I liked this position so much that I pooped while he was holding me!

Aunt Sarah and Ms. Pinky made mom and dad dinner with salad, spaghetti, rolls, and mom's favorite ice cream! It was YUM!
